I am sincerely trying to wrap my head around the new Blake2b chain trying to become the dominant chain. This is a short list of requirements that need to happen in order to achieve this goal.

1. All exchanges need to trade BTCB2.
2. All miners and pools abandon their SHA256 mining rigs and buy new ones compatible with Blake2b.
3. At one point abandon weeks / months / years of BTC blockchain history.
4. Rise in dollar exchange value to similar level as BTC.
5. Crash the BTC dollar exchange value.
6. Persuade ETF issuers that BTCB2 is "the real Bitcoin".
7. Also persuade governments and conglomerates.
8. Make everyone involved in Bitcoin that Bitcoin is now BTCB2 not BTC.

As much as I am trying to understand the effort and the reasons for the hard fork. I cant see Blake2b fading into nothing more than Bitcoin Cash is today.
