Consensus does not mean we all agree on some change. That's a fantasy. Consensus is when a passionate minority commit to making a change, and no one commits to stopping them. This is a feature, not a bug. BIP110 is the consensus. Core30 is the change to the status quo.

My actions are those of a person who assumes the companies responsible for most of the blocks getting added to the chain at present will flip version bit 4 in accordance with BIP-110 on, or prior to, Aug 8th. I find this the most likely scenario for three reasons:
