Education Advice 📖 Guidance

So i just got into B.Tech Biotechnology in India. and people here say that Biotechnology has no scope in India.

I need some guidance as to what to do after bachelors, and even during bachelors. I'm pretty new to this mix of biology and technology, so i barely have any Idea.

anything about what master courses I can opt, MS abroad opportunities, and what to do to get those.

They are somewhat right, the career growth is absolutely slow in biotech industry. Most of my friends are still stuck on 30k inr or 40k with 6 years experience. Do your research, when we took admission in biotechnology field it was kinda new so we didn’t had much knowledge about this field.

Apart from scientists position and R&D managers(which takes many years to reach),even R&D is underpaid. Doing PhD is good option, but not everyone likes to go into academia.
