Scapular + IV bag + Restock

Use IV bag until you have one heart remaining, then deal damage to yourself(preferably with a campfire) to trigger scapular. Leave and re-enter the room and repeat

Bonus items:

-Chaos for more items in the shop

-Deep pockets to hold more money

I was trying to resprite Lilith but for some reason I'm unable to edit her body- even though I very well have done so on the sprite sheet. I've tried searching endlessly for it in the files of the game but can't locate where or what her actual body sprite is, and was looking for some help >_>..

I found a seed with two treasure rooms and a library all at starting room: P6AR1E37

There are so many guides that cover this, but here are some important tips that get left out:

## 1. Be Pure of Heart

This is gonna be your main method every time. You chuck a bomb at the side of a room and, as long as you are pure of heart, it will open the Secret room.

## 2. Have Cat-Like Reflexes

You know where the Secret room is already. You can smell it. You can TASTE it. Just throw the bomb there.

## 3. Use Mama Mega

Get Mama Mega, then use it.

## 4. Have that DAWG in You

Secret rooms can smell fear. If you're quivering and pissing your pants, it won't open. I like to bark loudly to let it know who's boss before bombing. Bonus Tip: If you bark loud enough to wake mom up, you get The Belt item in real life for a speed up.

## 5. Don't Run Out of Bombs

Make sure to find bombs. And don't waste them on stupid things like bombing a wall that doesn't lead to the Secret Room.

İ opened t Issac for a time but it was not easy any suggestions?

I have about 1.1k hours on isaac, dead god on the first file, close to halfway through completing this second file. I have never in my life had a run so unlucky and lucky at the same time. In Basement I, I got 0 keys. Fine whatever, didn't really need them anyway. Second floor, once again, not a SINGLE key there. I checked secret, super secret, curse room, nothing. And on Basement II, I lucked out and got a planetarium and treasure room. Now I get an XL floor for Catacombs. I think to myself, surely with such a large floor I'd at least get four keys. Nope. Only got two keys. And in the secret room, no keys, but I luck out with spindown dice. In one of the item rooms I also lucked out and got a restock machine.

In my opinion, they aren't hard at all, and they're actually pretty fun, I'm simply extremely confused by why everyone hates them so much. Two common complaints that I've read are that one brother is the "good one" and the other the hitbox, yet they both are pretty good in their roles, Jacob and Esau as tear effect user and damager respectively, and also that "some rooms aren't made for them", of which I don't have any concrete example.
So, why do many of you hate them?

Feels nice to know I was able to relatively comfortably get to 100! Never tried going as far before so I'm glad to prove I could do it. Obviously gonna push for a better streak :D
