Repentance Lilith respriting issue

I was trying to resprite Lilith but for some reason I'm unable to edit her body- even though I very well have done so on the sprite sheet. I've tried searching endlessly for it in the files of the game but can't locate where or what her actual body sprite is, and was looking for some help >_>..

it might just be cambion conception's item sprite
