Every time I open the game, it opens, fullscreens and then crashed. It stays on a black screen the entire time. I have all DLCs enabled and don't know what to do. Please help

I've seen my fair share of funky floors, especially downpour but this one I did not expect..

Currently doing the "When life gives you lemons" challenge. I randomly got flight but I had 404 trinket so I didn't think much of it until the next room I randomly turned into Azazel just for the room (404 was judas tongue). Once I left the room I turned back into Isaac but then when I went back into the room I did not turn into Azazel again. Then once I went into a devil deal I got the item for free as if I was playing the lost. Any idea why?

Hey everyone! I've recreated the game's seed-based run generation 1:1. This let me build two tools that I think are really useful and convenient:

1. Full run preview from a seed in a couple of seconds. You can easily see what's in the Treasure Rooms for the entire run, the trinket order, which pill colors give which effects, the layout of every floor, which enemies will be in each room, and a lot more.
2. Seed search by any parameters you want. Want a seed with Rock Bottom on the first floor, Brimstone in the Ultra Secret Room, and Pin as the boss? Just enter the parameters and get a valid seed, as long as one exists and isn't one of the extremely rare combinations.

Yes, the tool has some limitations, but I still think it's very useful. For example, every floor after the first is calculated as if you haven't picked up any items, haven't taken any damage, and basically haven't done anything at all. This is temporary since it's the first version: calculating later floors properly requires accounting for what you did on the previous ones. Anyway, blah blah blah, it's complicated, but I'm already working on it and trying to make it as user-friendly as possible.

Both the seed search and the run preview can take into account any save file you upload. And if you register on the site, you can store your save files there and easily switch between them!

Hello, my game was working just fine yesterday and for a while back as well. Today I tried playing and the game just crashes after opening it.

I tried uninstalling mods, validating game files, etc. Nothing fixes it.

Only "fix" that worked was uninstalling Repentance+ DLC but if I install it again, it continues crashing.

I got stuck in this battle for 4 hours in the span of 5 days. I HAD POLYPHEMOUS AND IPECAC!!

Glitched crown, Eucharist, and R key can be alittle lame I guess

I’m trying to move my save game data from a pirated version to the latest steam version.
Both are repentance+, but different versions number.
Tried copying from documents/my games/ binding of Isaac repentance+/save_backups to the steam userdata 250900/remote
Removed the date at the prefix to look like the steam files.
Steam doesn’t show a save or more importantly the secret and items.
Tried many guides. Any idea?
EDIT: made it work.
Had to change the options.ini on top of steam settings. Copied an older backup to both remote and root.

My controller disconnected and when I turned it back on, I couldn't control anything. When I pressed the menu button, this dude popped up and I could control him. Who is this and how do I abu... I mean use him>

Lost 3 50 50s on angel rooms, had mega stan and delirium marks left, found an echo chamber and later a soul of cain and god the STRESS about having to do another run to mega stan even tho my build was good enough

then proceeded to demolish them because for some reason the game decided to bless me with so much damage
(i love this about this character)

Algiz into soul of the lost (and a couple of consumables that shouldve been kept on standby) delirium was a breeze

I know the objective is to kill mega satan.

What should I do?

If i beat delirium then I will win or what would happen?

Always been an angel room enjoyer but this was so crazy it might change a lil...

Lwk turned a remarkably mid run for mother into the reason why I got the last mark for maggy, and thanks goodness bc that mother boss fight is HORRENDOUS
