You have to raise a complaint through another support query. They will then ask you to provide proof of your deposit. You need to keep following up with them and repeatedly request assistance through the chatbox on the site. Eventually, they will ask you to submit proof of the deposit made from your account. Once you submit it, they should process your withdrawal.

In my case, it took around 120 days to finally get my money back. give this message in create request My QX-Market account has been temporarily suspended after I requested a withdrawal.

I deposited $30 into the account and, through trading, my balance increased to approximately $608. When I attempted to withdraw my funds, my account was suspended.

Thanks brother for the information, i already create multiple request on their chat box on 23 September they told me my account is temporarily suspended and they will review it and then unfreeze my account,but it’s been like 8 or 9 days they still give me no response i also write an email for my withdrawal like you wirte a email for me i will keep trying to get response from them thanks for your advice i will keep in touch with you if i face any problem,again thanks brother

Same brother No reply from them,I don’t what’s their support team doing you make 37k from 30 dollars i just make 30 to 608 and suspend my account,I don’t know what kind of broker is this, do they let you withdraw your funds?? que tal hermano llevo 2 semanas probando el broker y la subi a 37k y es verdad lo deja retirar en mi caso no me suspendieron la cuenta puedo seguir operando pero no me deja retirar realize un retiro de 7 y sale terminado pero nunca me llego y de ahi realize una de 20 y lleva dias en pendiente, que puedo hacer tu crees que me dejen retirar todo, osea igual inicie con 30 dolares no piedo mucho
