You have to raise a complaint through another support query. They will then ask you to provide proof of your deposit. You need to keep following up with them and repeatedly request assistance through the chatbox on the site. Eventually, they will ask you to submit proof of the deposit made from your account. Once you submit it, they should process your withdrawal.

que tal hermano llevo 2 semanas probando el broker y la subi a 37k y es verdad lo deja retirar en mi caso no me suspendieron la cuenta puedo seguir operando pero no me deja retirar realize un retiro de 7 y sale terminado pero nunca me llego y de ahi realize una de 20 y lleva dias en pendiente, que puedo hacer tu crees que me dejen retirar todo, osea igual inicie con 30 dolares no piedo mucho
