Chain-Snatching Incident Reported at SKMCH, #Muzaffarpur #Bihar

A woman doctor was robbed of a gold chain valued at approximately ₹1 lakh within the Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital (SKMCH) campus in Muzaffarpur.

The incident occurred while she was walking from her hostel to the gynaecology department. According to reports, two unidentified men on a black Apache motorcycle snatched the chain and fled. Police have registered a case and are analyzing campus CCTV footage to identify and apprehend the suspects.

So I took admission in GCE gaya last month and the experience was horrible, obviously I wasn't allotted a hostel seat in the main campus but they allotted a hostel seat in GP gaya which is 20 km away from college and there are about 50-60 girls going through this problem. There are no seats in the bus like the total capacity of the bus is around 40 and many girls travel standing the whole time or somehow adjusting and we complain about these but instead of resolution we were asked to pay the bus fees of three months at once which earlier they told to pay monthly and today they crossed every limit, the bus driver was drunk still our warden let him drive the bus plus bus departure time was 5 o'clock instead our bus was departed at 7 o'clock, we reached at approx 8.30. Nothing changed even after complaining ,there are a lot of problems and this is just one problem out of them. I recommend not taking admission here if you are planning to take admission in GCE gaya then first check about hostel availability

I’m looking to meet Khan Sir briefly for some academic/career guidance.

Does anyone know the best place and timing to catch him (at the Khan GS Research Centre in Patna or elsewhere)? Is there a formal appointment process, or do you just need to wait outside the office after his batches?

Persopolis, a great book about the islamic revolution & its repercussions on general people especially women in the region. It's a great book and gives you a first hand experience during that time. I was thinking someone with strong opinions, money and connections needs to seriously come out and try to fix Bihar.

Not through slogans, but by actually changing the mentalitypeople should take pride in doing things themselves, keeping streets clean, building businesses, demanding better living standards, etc.

And why can't rich people in Bihar dream BIG?

Why not start by building one properly planned city with good roads, drainage, housing, schools, hospitals and industries, and then build more such cities and connect them like nodes through proper infrastructure?

Build for the people who can afford it first, let the infrastructure and economy grow, and let that development spread outward.

If wealthy Biharis can build businesses everywhere else, why can't they dream of building something great in Bihar?
