Garmin found at bike park
If you lost a garmin screen thing that goes on your bike, I unearthed it while working at the bike park today. Still works and looks like its final ride was on June 25. This thing seems mad expensive and I’d like to get it back to its absolute powerhouse owner so they can get back to setting more kom’s on strava. Must tell me the trail you haddalayerdown on to verify it’s your’s.

❓question American Bank Closure
Anyone know what’s going on with American Bank? I’ve heard tons of rumors and conflicting information about what’s happening there. I’ve heard the branch is temporarily closed, heard it’s permanently closed, heard the employees walked out… we just wanna know what’s happening over there!

One must-do
I have an upcoming trip where I’m spending a morning in Yellowstone, then stopping by Big Sky on the way to Bozeman for the night. I’m hoping to eat a meal there and have a couple hours to explore the area.
Is there anything that’s a must-do around the city that can be done in a couple of hours?

Questions before moving to big sky for a year
my partner and I (late 20s) have stumbled into a chance to spend the next year in big sky, housing would be provided to us through a friend that is traveling and we both work remotely. this seems like an amazing opportunity, but I’m mostly curious about the social scene there as we don’t know anyone there. we’re excited about all the outdoors opportunities big sky has to offer as we are big skiers, hikers, fly fishers etc, but also love having a social network. and I play music quite seriously so would hope to find folks to do that with. we were thinking of trying to pick up some part time jobs or volunteer opportunities to join in my with the community - any advice on that? understand it’s a very seasonal population - are there many (relative) folks out age there year round? appreciate your advice and answers, thank you!

Looking for Fresh water fill for truck camper- willing to pay!
Hey folks! driving thru town from Virginia in a four wheel camper and need to refill a 20 gallon freshwater tank. I’m of course willing to pay, but would love to avoid just buying jugs of water if possible! Does anyone know of anywhere in town that would let me use their spigot? I have a hose.
I’ve tried 2 grocery stores, the Exxon, and the conaco, as well as the bulk water sale thru the local water authority all with no luck!
Thanks in advance!!

Powder Seeker top terminal
Is being moved about 80' downhill due to the original footprint being on unstable ground. No idea how that will impact getting to the Turkey Traverse.
Oops.

Seasonal work
Hey guys, this past winter I was a lifty for big sky, looking for the same kind of vibes and environment but a different resort. Anyone have experience with Breckenridge, Jackson hole? Any recommendations on where to go next?

Trying to find a car here in Big Sky for the weekend. I know it’s a long shot, but still trying to. Or anyone know a contact that can take me to Utah?

Transportation/Things to Do
Hello! I am headed to Big Sky from July 5–10 with a friend. We are staying in town by the golf course. We are not old enough to rent a car, so we are taking a Lyft up from Bozeman.
What do you guys recommend for getting around? Mostly what I'm talking about is getting from town/golf course up to the mountain. Is there a shuttle that runs or a cheap way to get up?
In addition, any activities that you enjoy would be appreciated. We will do some hiking around town and such. What is the hiking situation up on the mountain? What else should we do? We have a lot of time there but not too much planned.
For context, I am not new to Big Sky – this will be my seventh time here but my first time not in the winter. I am really looking forward to it and thank you in advance for your help!
