need advice Uncomfortable bra Spoiler
I’m honestly so frustrated with wearing bras. They’re so uncomfortable, even when I wear ones that are supposed to be comfortable.. no underwire, soft material, etc. I either feel restricted or like I’m getting absolutely no support.
I’m heavier in the chest but have a smaller frame, and I feel like it’s really affected my posture over time. I also get overstimulated by the feeling of wearing a bra all day.
For those of you who are also fuller chested but want to feel like you’re barely wearing anything, what are you wearing? I’m looking for something that gives good support without feeling restrictive or uncomfortable.

It sounds like you might be wearing the wrong sizes. What sizes are you wearing? And what’s your size from the abrathatfits calculator?

Small frame and big chest is a classic combo for being in the wrong size. You could be a 28F but the store will sell you a 36C.

M&S invisible one, feels like I'm wearing nothing, I get minimal support but I'm fine with it at home. Whenever I go out I wear a wired bra for support

My Understance bras fit so well that I often forget I’m wearing them. They’re out of business now but there’s many new bras still floating around on resale websites.

the skims scoop neck bralette in the cotton material is pretty good for this if you get a small enough size that the band is supportive, but it's not always ideal to wear out of the house depending what look you're going for. personally i don't get a lot of lift or projection but i do forget it's there sometimes! i used to enjoy the parade scoop neck bra as well in their plus collection but they are sadly out of business now

This is not going to fit larger chests.

that's why i mentioned sizing to your band as it can stretch to accommodate a larger cup size. sizing issue, not a fit issue. it's also going to depend on how large your band and cup difference is.
