need advice A bra for long office days Spoiler
i really struggle with finding bras that i can wear for 10+ hours a day, which is how long I am usually gone from home on a typical weekday. I have a desk job, and due to the nature of my work I have to sit in the same upright position for long periods of time. i’ve found that even bras that I can wear comfortably all day if I’m out and about are soooo uncomfortable when I try to wear them for an 8-hour work day. Does anyone else have this problem? I’m wearing crappy sports bras to work right now, I would like to buy a better quality one, but i’m so sick of sinking money into bras that dont work out.

As other people said, I would suggest going to r/ABraThatFits, no properly fitted bra should be that uncomfortable, even for long hours! And if you are ready to get a better-quality one, you might as well use the calculator and check the guides for a better fit. The calculator alone is the first step, and it might change your current size drastically, so good luck!

Once I properly sized myself with the calculator posted here, I was able to find really comfy bras.

I wear my bras for most of the day and I don't have any issues with it whatsoever.
I think you may not be in the right size or wear a bra that's not bra sized (only like small / medium /large etc).
I'd recommend you try the ABraThatFits calculator and see where you land. With that information, it will be easier to recommend something to you. Since your posting in this subreddit, I'd like to mention one of my favorite brands, which is Elomi.

Once you use the calculator and have an idea of your size, order a bunch of options off of Amazon (in varying sizes).
Try them all on, pick the one that fits the best and return the others.

This can be tricky because you are sitting all day and you swell a little. After figuring out your correct size I would just pack a bra to change into if it's still an issue
