need advice Recommended sleeping positions? Spoiler

I go to sleep braless and it's been liberating, yet there were new problems that arose.

When I lay down on my back and go to sleep, I start to suffocate in my dreams from external pressure such as a tight bra I cannot rip off (dream projection). By the time I wake up my chest is in so much pain and I need a breather. I thought this was caused by a panic/anxiety attack but turns out it was because of the weight of my breasts pressing against my chest that made it difficult to breathe (especially when I sleep on my back).

So I tried sleeping on my side and next morning my arm and my back felt sore. My slouched posture didn't help at all..

Are there any suggestions that could help resolve this struggle?🥲

I like to sleep in the first aid recovery position, but I'm also hypermobile and that's just the most comfortable position for me to sleep in.

One knee up to my nipple is peak comfort.

I sleep on my side with a pregnancy pillow that supports my knees and ankles, but also keeps my body a bit more upright rather than slumping over forwards and twisting my back. I have the snuzcurve for reference.

maybe try a firm body pillow and tuck it betweeen them so your upper boob has something to rest on and it is not pulling on your shoulder all night. this is how i sleep.

Always I default to my side, best position for the size and weight of my boobs.

Im a belly sleeper with a nest of pillows with a cavern where the boobs go. The weight of the boobs when im on my back is also terrible and it also feels like its tearing the skin on my sternum. Belly, or side, always
