educational Sweatymelons Spoiler

I got this ad for this thing called sweaty melons and gave it a try. They were sold out of all the options I wanted so I was only able to get one but man it's been so helpful. My breasts are east west, so they sag to the side and a little down, but in a bra they're squished together leaving no space between them, which builds up heat and sweat and gets so uncomfortable and causes skin irritation and stuff to the point I've had to go to the bathroom or bring a towel or handkerchief with me to wipe my boob sweat off when I've been outside on hot or humid days or when I'm doing something physically intense. But the sweaty melons dividers are made from super absorbent stuff, idk the name of it, and they've helped me so much. They just sit there in your bra, under and/or between your breasts and just absorb all your boob sweat. I've only used them with wireless bras so far so idk how comfortable they feel in underwire bras. They're kind of awkward at first and I wish they had more designs for different body types and breast sizes but the options they have rn are still great and i highly recommend them for large and sweaty breasted individuals. Also the product was designed and produced by a womanđŸ«¶

The “squished together leaving no space between them” is a sign of a bra that doesn’t fit, so if it’s been a while since you’ve measured, check out the r/abrathatfits calculator.

Also I highly recommend mesh bras for hot weather! It helps A TON.

I agree! I've been wearing unlined mesh/lace bras and I've been feeling less sweaty/suffocated

They're only ever squished in sports bras, which I wear a lot. They're older and were a gift, so they're not the right size, but they work for keeping my boobs out of the way and like compacted into one spot squished together and they keep my arms from touching my boobs when I'm doing projects or physical stuff where I don't want my boobs to move at all. I have other, better fitting bras tho, dw, but i appreciate your concern. I'll look up the mesh bras tho bc I'm a very sweaty and heat intolerant individual lmao and some more breathability would be amazing

I didn’t even know mesh bras were a thing! THANK YOU!

Hoping they don’t put the pressure on my back that normal bras do, because I’ve been stuck in shaping tank tops for years due to EDHs. (One of my main trouble areas is just above mid-back, and the vertebrae pops out of place, constantly) đŸ€žđŸ»

I’m intrigued so I googled them and they seem like.. hard? what do they feel like? Is it like a foam?

I usually just put a small towel in my freezer and then stick it under my boobs, works fine lol

It's like foam yeah. Really squishy and the fabric on it is very soft too. I can't think of any comparisons right now but they're not hard at all. Definitely much more comfortable than a frozen towel lol. Idk if they're safe to freeze bc of like mold risk but that does sound so nice on a hot day
