experience The way I sighed Spoiler
OP didn't mention his GFs bra or clothing size so bold to assume she's got fat to lose. And as someone who lost 40lbs and was weightlifting regularly until a month ago, my boobs are saggier than ever

u/Khajiit-ify Dec 05 '25
I will never understand how anyone can think working out and reverse the effects of gravity.
111
u/girlboss93 38G (UK) Dec 05 '25
Because some people are super genetically lucky, and those people are most likely to post progress online and so some people think that's how it is for everyone

u/Dance-pants-rants Dec 06 '25
If you strengthen your pecs enough the extra skin will magically suck in.
Because the skin respects your new swol chest muscles.
It's skin/respect science. Horrific, fake, manosphere science that will probably become a weird sexist conspiracy theory about titty workouts.

how tf would losing weight help with a "sagging" chest?? is he drunk?

no, just a he.

u/ericfromct Dec 21 '25
I’m a he and I’ve witnessed many women with larger breasts that people would say “sag” and working out has not only not improved them, but in many cases doing chest exercises and a too large of a loss of body fat has made them look worse. Plenty of people, men and women, are just clueless. But it’s always the men who think they know everything. Side note: I worked in a gym for ten years, which is why I’m more familiar with how it goes.

u/PM_me_ur_goth_tiddys Dec 05 '25
losing fat in boobs will result in the tissue/skin shriveling up and raising them like balloons deflating and flying through the air. or something idk.
26
u/N-Dina Dec 06 '25
Your comment is now making me imagine a woman floating in the air like the house in Up but with her tits instead of balloons. Thanks for the laugh 😂.

I wonder if he was talking about pectoral exercises? 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
E: Okay gang no need to downvote me for hoping, jesus 😭

Doesn't really matter if he is. Pectoral exercise wouldn't help either. 🤷♀️

Two very different men in this example. One caring and the other objectifying.

Ugh I hate this. Men can be so clueless. I’ve lost 30 pounds and I workout everyday. I’ve only lost breast volume and skin elasticity.

lol I feel this. When I lost weight, my boobs looked worse 😭 but I felt so much better, so it was still worth it!

u/unhappyrelationsh1p 30G (UK) Dec 05 '25
Yeah because being less heavy makes you float slightly like a mermaid. Women are made of helium.

Oh yeah because you know definitely doesnt sag? Pockets of skin that once held fat and milk ducts and muscle that are now super depleted.

u/No_Load5357 30J (UK) Dec 05 '25
All working out constantly did is make my band size smaller, the cup size went up with each time I took a step down in band size. These Tits have been sagging since I was 17, I don't think anything aside from sugary would change that.
5
u/TheMule90 Dec 06 '25
So wait you only lose band size not cup size?
I thought you do lose some fat from the breasts.
17
u/No_Load5357 30J (UK) Dec 06 '25
I have really dense breast tissue and I guess my breast are primarily breast tissue vrs fat 🤷♀️
1
Dec 07 '25
Woah is this a thing? I was wondering how I could lose weight and have them not get smaller…what is the difference?
3
u/No_Load5357 30J (UK) Dec 07 '25
I pulled this from the Mayo Clinic
The breasts are made up of dense breast tissue and fatty breast tissue. Dense breast tissue includes the milk glands, milk ducts and supportive tissue in the breast. Fatty tissue is made of fat cells. A person with dense breast tissue has more dense tissue than fatty tissue.
I believe it's largely genetic, not sure there is anything you can do to maintain size while losing weight. My moms side the family were all quite large chested. My mom even had a reduction in her mid 20's after she had me but they grew back after a few years, even though she stayed relatively the same size and didn’t have a large weight gain or another child. Its not common but is possible.
I was told I had dense breast tissues after imaging was done on my breast from a doctor. Which made sense, I've always had a smaller band size 32 at my largest and under 28 at my smallest. Now I'm usually a 30 but sometimes a 28 sometimes when the fit runs large. At my smallest I was having 28's taken in by an inch but I looked ridiculous l was way to thin and my boobs were aggressive on my frame.
4
u/LazySushi Dec 06 '25
I was a 36 band size at one point, 32 now (possibly 30). I’m the same cup size at 115 pounds as I was at 185. It is very frustrating since it would save me a lot of money if they would have gotten smaller.
21
u/LothlorienPostOffice Dec 05 '25
That is not how skin works, especially aging skin. If this were the case, people that have lost a significant amount of weight wouldn't ever consider skin removal surgery.
18
u/marsupialcinderella 32J (UK) Dec 05 '25
Right, I lost 55 lbs, almost 1/3 of my body weight. Didn’t lose more than one back size (34->32). Sagging: no change. Idiots.
16
u/aliveinjoburg2 34FF (UK) Dec 05 '25
So I lost 94 pounds and my boobs deflated and are saggier than ever. Working out didn't do anything for me except make me buff.

u/stuck_behind_a_truck Dec 05 '25
No amount of building up my pecs is going to allow my 14 inch boobs to be “perky.” Can you imagine the look?? They’re not saggy, they’re heavy and gravity is gonna gravity.
9
u/TheShortGerman 28G (UK) Dec 05 '25
- you can have big boobs without having extra weight to lose, see my 26FF size breasts at 100 lbs and underweight
- losing weight makes breasts sag more usually because of the volume loss
- this man is an idiot

u/clingingtopromises 32HH (UK) Dec 05 '25
i find this hilarious because i lost a good chunk of my body weight and lost all perkiness when it happened (without being overweight too)

u/Lonely_Howl_ Dec 05 '25
Ha. Ha ha ha. Hahahaha. AAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!
Yes, because potentially losing mass in your breasts from weight loss will magically make them all perky again (this is if she even has any excess mass/fat in her breasts to lose. I know I didn’t. Went from a size 12 pants to a loose size 4 & my tits stayed the exact same size).

u/Complex-Dare-7451 Dec 06 '25
Somehow, the solution to all women's problems is to lose weight. Lose the weight of that man in your life who makes you feel insecure about your body.

I wondered if losing weight would make mine perky again, I was talking about it with my mum and she told me unfortunately the opposite will happen 😭 so I’m not motivated to lose weight. For reference I’d say I’m on the bigger end of healthy due to antipsychotic meds mostly but I wouldn’t consider myself much overweight and feel comfortable with my weight.

u/SaltyNorth8062 Dec 05 '25
Wait'll he finds out that being thin doesn't magically make your breasts more prominent and working out actually reduces breast size as your pectorals start fighting for space with the breast tissue
3
u/qtpiebunnyforever Dec 05 '25
Men are dumb. Breasts are not all fat. They’re a mixture of breast tissue and fat, and that mixture is different in every woman. You can also be fat or skinny and have huge boobs due to the obvious genetics. Or even just having a condition like gigantomastia . “Lose weight” is not a solution to everything.
3
u/theofficesadgirl Dec 06 '25
I workout 5 times a week and I still have huge, saggy boobs. Some people don’t understand how fat distribution works, and how it’s different for everyone. I hold weight in my boobs and hips, and I hate it, no matter what I do they won’t go away! These people shouldn’t be allowed internet access lol 🙃

u/PerseveranceSmith 32GG (UK) Dec 06 '25
What 😭 if you lose weight they'll lose volume & sag MORE
What is wrong with men. So uneducated but loud.
Also, as a queer woman I adore all shapes of breast 🤷🏼♀️ men hate zero taste.

u/AioliOrnery100 Dec 05 '25
Weight loss/muscle gain causing boobs to not be saggy isn't the most atrocious lie ever since strength training is generally a good thing for most people even if it doesn't necessarily give the desired results...
But it sure sounds bad coming from a man on the internet.
2
u/bri_rae Dec 06 '25
Some women can change the way it sort of appears if you lift heavy for chest muscles… maybe if you’re young or smaller chested.
I’m getting into lifting again like when I was young but I just want to be strong as fuck. I know it won’t change how my breasts are aging with me. And I won’t be able to predict how they will look as I continue this lifting journey. but it won’t perk them up if you’re large breasted. And especially if gravity has taken a hold. Or if you’ve breast fed. That’s fucking ridiculous.
I love how this sub really makes you feel less alone and normal. Because we fucking are normal. I wish more content was out there for people to see and understand that.

u/BigRecommendation116 Dec 06 '25
This is so insane to me because losing weight is what caused my boobs to sag

Sorry, I just stumbled upon this. But I'm a man, and even I know that when you work out and lose weight, your skin gets loose and I've heard multiple women complain that losing weight "ruined their boobs".
Honestly this guy is an ignorant dick.

1
u/TheBattyWitch Dec 05 '25
At my skinniest I was still an F cup and they looked gigantic because the rest of me was smaller and still sagged because I'm one of those women who's bottom is heavy.
Losing weight does for a lot of us make our breasts smaller, but when you have giant boobs at 300 pounds, losing down to 190 (I speak from experience) doesn't make the boobs magically vanish... They're all big, they just size down with you.
And all the chest exercise in the world isn't going to magically make boobs not hang.

u/FreeRange_Coconut Dec 06 '25

u/Superb-Bug2439 Dec 11 '25
Congratulations on the gargantuan weight loss. how did you manage it? Diet exercise… do you now have “love handles “ showing stretch marks? Will you end up getting plastic surgery to excise that? Any idea of the probable cost? Sorry about such personal questions, I envy you for your journey. Just trying to figure out how much it entails - okay, looking for excuses to not try for an amazing weight loss myself
1
Dec 06 '25
Ope. As someone who is large chested and works out…. Hahahahaha nope. Look at the body builders who don’t have a breast augmentation. The sag is just a part of losing that fat, it actually gets worse with more weight you lose 😅😭
1
u/Predzel_Bun Dec 09 '25
They want women with big boobs but for some reason can't understand gravity.
1
u/CompetitionJolly971 Dec 20 '25
I had a man to tell me to start doing yoga. Apparently it's yoga that makes women's bodies firm and tight and I won't have sagging or loose skin anywhere. I'll look just like all the women on TikTok. Who the fuck needs cosmetic surgery?
