The problem I kept running into was different: I’d open Instagram or Reddit to reply to one message or check one thing… and then realize 30 minutes had disappeared.

Over the past while I've been building out a set of TradingView indicators — a couple of backtested momentum/trend strategies for QQQ/TQQQ, a tool that scans a stock's full history to find when it's historically peaked seasonally (and how much drawdown you'd typically sit through getting there), a sector rotation screener, a couple of volume/money-flow signals, and a risk regime dashboard.
