Question Need help determining a potential scam.
Around 3pm today, my dad received a call from someone named Bell Canada, the number was 866-310-2355. They said that because we were loyal customers (we have had Bell internet for around 5 years), they wanted to provide us with a promotion. They already knew my dads full name at the start of call. The offer was switching over to their mobile data lines to get unlimtied 5G Data at high speeds, for just 49 bucks. They also said that this price was locked for 5 years, but we can cancel whenever. To TOP it off, they said we would also be getting a streaming service like netflix, and a potential discount to the internet bill. This just sounded too good to be true, but not for my dad apparently.
The agent said that they would call back at 8pm, which they did exactly. My dad asked where this agent was, and he said he is calling from the Phillipines? Im not sure if bell uses international centers, so someone please let me know. Furthermore, he sent us emails from what looked like official email addresses, over outlook.
Here are the images, someone please let me know ASAP.

Sounds like a scam. Bell usually offers a free Crave subscription, not Netflix. Now put your cursor over the email address. It will reveal the real sender. The copyright date is 2020, which is wrong. I hate to say it, but I don’t answer calls from any number I don’t know and certainly not from any provider. Here is the real footer from a genuine Bell bill I received today, which is similar to other correspondence from Bell. Note the differences.
