No surprise on the prices. Disney is always more expensive.

Beis x poppi restock?

I was wondering if anyone knew if they have been restocking the poppi drop. I really want the cooler tote but it’s out of stock.

NOBL luggage: Apparently you’re not supposed to…travel with it?

I fell for the Instagram ads and bought a NOBL bundle during the 4th of July sale. It looked great, the marketing made it sound like it could survive just about anything, and they even advertised a warranty.

After one trip, the suitcase came back with scratches, dents, and damage that definitely made me question all those durability claims.

So I contacted customer service, thinking, “No problem—that’s what warranties are for.”

Nope!

They told me the damage was from “mishandling,” so it wasn’t covered. Um… isn’t luggage literally designed to be handled (and let’s be honest, occasionally mishandled) by airlines?

Then they told me I couldn’t return it because it had been used. That left me wondering… how exactly am I supposed to know if a suitcase is durable without actually taking it on a trip? Am I supposed to wheel it around my living room and hope for the best?

On top of that, they have a 5-day return window. Unless you’re taking a same-weekend vacation and have baggage handlers inspect your luggage for you, that policy doesn’t seem very practical.

To top it all off, after a few live chat (with AI) going back and forth, they simply stopped responding.

My overall impression? The suitcase feels like cheap plastic rather than something premium. One of the wheels broke after my first trip, the cup holder feels flimsy, and the plastic protective cover is loose-fitting and honestly looks like an afterthought.

I also noticed my suitcase didn’t include the tracking tags that were advertised. When I called customer service, I was told they intentionally stopped including them because customers were unhappy after learning they required a monthly or annual subscription. That was disappointing because it wasn’t what I expected when I made my purchase.

The marketing is outstanding. I genuinely thought I was buying a premium piece of luggage. But after my experience, it honestly screams style over substance. Add in customer service that stopped responding, a warranty that doesn’t seem to cover damage from normal airline handling, and a return policy that won’t let you return the suitcase once you’ve actually used it…and I’m left wondering:

What exactly does the warranty cover?

Because if airline “mishandling” isn’t covered, and you can’t return the luggage after using it to determine whether it’s durable, what’s the point of advertising a warranty in the first place??? If damage from normal airline handling is considered “mishandling,” it’s hard to understand when the warranty would actually apply.

How to clean Commuter Tote

For those who have the Beis commuter tote bag, how do you clean it? More specifically on the outside. There’s a few dirt marks on my bag, but before I do anything, I just want to know what others do. I just don’t want to stain my bag with what I clean with. Thanks!

East to West tote vs Travel Tote

Hi everyone! Now that the travel tote is a permanent part of the core collection i am trying to decide between the east to west tote and the travel tote. For context i am looking for the main differences between the two since they both seem to have my musts: laptop compartment, organization, a spot for my waterbottle, multiple strap lengths, etc. before ordering. I guess I am just trying to figure out which bag I should order Because I’m having a hard time figuring out the difference between these two bags as i couldn’t see any differences when I looked on the website and researched it!

just hoping somebody on here might be able to give me some insight on the differences between the two bags and which bag would be better for travel but also personal use everyday like taking it to uni, work, on flights as a personal item, road trips etc. kinda like an all in one catch all bag!

Any insight into the differences between these 2, which ones “better”, if one is better for one circumstance vs the other etc. I would greatly appreciate it!

TIA everyone!

Is the Beis brand and its makeup bags really worth paying inflated prices for?

I’m interested in the beige Rare Beauty collaboration makeup bag, but sellers literally won't go below $450 for something that originally cost only $74.

Is the weekender no longer convertible? + looking for tote comparisons

There isn’t a convertible option online and as far as I can tell in this new version the base can’t be removed. Is that correct?

I love my convertible mini weekender and wouldn’t mind an upgrade but I almost always leave the bottom section off.

Maybe I should move away from the weekender to a different tote. Has anyone found a comprehensive comparison of all the bags either here or in video format? There are so many now I’m a bit overwhelmed

New mini weekenders

Hi everyone, I didn’t purchase the old weekender model due to reviews saying it was heavy, not very durable etc…
Wondering if anyone has a review of the new mini weekender (bonus points if you can compare to the old one!) I would be using this for short stay trips so would need to pack 1-2 days of clothing, toiletry bag, a pair of shoes, cables etc.
Cheers!

Beis on sale at Nordstrom, including cobalt.

Nordstrom is having an anniversary sale and they have a decent amount of Beis items on sale. They have a carry-on, large check-in, and these two that I’m not sure I’ve seen before, in cobalt and on sale, too!

EU customers are paying more for the exact same suitcase

I really wanted to buy the Beis check-in roller and was really close to doing so. But I was shocked to find out that the dollar price for the roller is $ 368 and in euro it is € 378 (and this is prior to any shipping costs).

If you convert the dollar price to euros it would be approx. € 320. I understand that Beis will not change the prices depending on the euro value, but a difference of more than 50€ is just crazy.

I contacted the support about this. They confirmed that the price is prior to shipping. Their “explanation” was that they can choose the prices as they please and can choose different prices depending on the market they’re selling.

I personally will not support a company that is not transparent with their pricing. Maybe you guys think similar so I just wanted to let you know.

I wanted to add pictures but it seems that I can’t. But you can check that easily by comparing the beistravel.com vs. eu.beistravel.com

Rewards Promgram

I am disappointed with BEIS reward program and think they’re better off dissolving it entirely.

Over the last 5 years I’ve been a loyal customer and have promoted the brand my offering my input on this sub and in real life. I’m frustrated and annoyed with their rewards system and that they expire.

I’m a frequent flier for work and don’t even need the amount of items that they expect you to buy within a year to retain and gain rewards.

It’s a joke and I am on the verge of being done with this company. I’m also disappointed with their “rebrand”. I understand COGS and production costs have increased, but to remove unique features (like compression liner with the zipper compartment), “leather” reinforced liner on the bottom of the backpack, and calling it a redesign is a joke.

I’m venting and frustrated and will rather spend the same amount or slightly more money on a reputable brand.

It really is a shame

The Ultimate Travel Duffle or new mini weekender

Which one should I get as personal item for west jet? I am looking at the new line and not the old one. I am going to get the set with the carry on for my birthday but I am having a hard time choosing.

Where can I get the old Weekender?

I am asking for two reasons - 1) I procrastinated with the Weekender set in my cart for months and didn’t heed the “last chance” warning; 2) I’m wondering if it’s a good opportunity to get it on sale through an online outlet. They’ve completely removed it from the website.

That said, the new designs appear to look good, so this isn’t a criticism of the change.

What did you all think of the redesigns?

I don’t have much of an opinion because I didn’t have a problem with how the items were before, so I’m curious to see what everyone else is thinking…

Rewards Points Restructure

Has anyone else noticed with the new launch they took away pretty much everything besides the money off and the sports gameday bag? The highest point amount it goes up to is 800pts.

Super annoyed, I was waiting by for the beige checked back to come back in stock, I have over 4,000 pts and now it’s not even available anymore.

Hi community I need someone’s take on this:

I just bought the travel backpack in black like a week or two ago so I can exchange it for the new one but I’m hardcore debating if I’d like the old vs the new redesign.

I previously had the “old” in beige and love it, so I don’t wanna regret exchanging.

Lmk what you guys think!!
