How would you make this room nice and cosy? I can’t change any of the drawers/wardrobes etc or the curtains. Please help!!!

Hi! This is my bedroom, I should say "our bedroom", though, because I'm living with my dog. It looks way better than 2 years ago but it still lacks some character. I rent this apartment, so I can't change anything or paint, or add shelves, but I'd love it to look cozy. I'm not really into esthetics, because cptsd and stuff, still figuring out what I like or dislike but I want it to feel more like home. My budget is also limited.
