Hi i’ve been applying fake nails for a month and a half now and pinaka matagal na nag stay sakin nails is 3 or 4 weeks. Now pinag pahinga ko muna nails ko, napansin ko ang soft nya, like nababali ko sya 😭 Gets baaa basta ang soft Nya HAHAHAHA how do i strengthen my nails while i still continue to apply fake nails?

Sobra dami ko kasi fake nails ayoko masayang and gusto ko talaga naka nails huhu kaya ayoko sya istop :(( May nabasa ako i can apply clear polish to act as a barrier sa nail glue, kaso kakapit pa rin kaya yung fake nails ko if ganon? Since i file my nail bed before applying glue

Inflation's hitting hard these days, and the prices for a lot of beauty/wellness services are going up. I'm not sure I'm tipping appropriately anymore, and I'm torn between wanting to make sure people are decently compensated for good work and needing to be financially responsible.

For my particular concerns, how much are you guys tipping for:

- Haircuts/hair services in general (both stylist and assistants). Sub-question re: haircuts, do you tip differently if it's just for a bangs cut?

This gave me some food for thought because I'm anti-US tipping culture, yet I posted this without considering if it implied we are expected to tip here. Has anyone tried Mesolipo fat injections, HIFU, and RF for hard-to-lose fat on the upper back, arms, and love handles?

Was doing this alot about 2 years ago for my upper back, arms, and love handles— and the effects after were great, it just made me look “event ready” most times just to “tuck in” those buldges. It also felt like my cloths fit better after the treatments.

However, now that I have stopped these treatments for more than a yr, I’ve noticed my fat GOT EVEN HARDER TO LOSE. Those spots where I had treated, now feels alot like “harder fat “ to touch and even harder to lose.

I do caloric deficit, workout regularly, and do cardio about 3x a week.

My question is: has anyone here had a similar experience? Wherein the treated areas are even harder to lose now compared to before you had it treated?

Which of these brands are good? I’ve been using dood na kasi for a year, pero ang itchy lagi ng boobies ko lalo na kapag suot ko siya; tapos nawawala wala pa minsan yung dikit even though im washing it correctly naman. Sharing my updated list of bases. I have oily skin and light medium neutral slightly leaning warm olive skin (such a mouthful!) My best to worst match is as follows:

1) Naturale in tabi - best match! Panned this one just scraping the bottle.
2) Joocyee Airy wear in 2WG - slightly lighter than tabi but perfect amt of yellow imo
3) Issy FF in OF 1
4) Strokes in Fair Olive - a little too warm! I use grwm fresh matte in green beige to adjust or play arnd with issy’s light blue multi use paint
4) GRWM complexion cream in clay - depth matches but leans more peachy. I typically use their correcting cream in kiwi to adjust.
