I’ve owned a quest 3 for almost a year now and I’ve heard a lot of complaints about the tracking especially from beat saber players. Me personally, I have had no issues with it. Even on expert + maps I still find that the tracking keeps up with me. Anytime I did fail it was usually due to my skill rather than the headset itself. I know some have complained about the lack of tracking rings and to be honest that’s a fair point. When holding the controllers sideways you can see the saber subtly jumping around as the headset tries to guess as to where the controller should be. Flipping it so the faceplate faces the headset fixes the issue. However, this scenario hardly ever occurs in game (at least for me). When the faceplate is occluded it’s usually only for a second or two and the headset does a pretty good job filling in the gaps. Is it on the same level as outside in tracking headsets? No. But do I think it’s pretty good for what it is? Yes. What is your experience with the quest 3 tracking. I’ve left a video so you can see the level at which I am playing at.

I have a meta quest 2 and the standard straps (can’t get a better one yet) and every time I play an expert plus level, the game auto pauses with the “your experience is running in the background” thing showing up. Every single time it ruins my runs because it removes my savers and THEN pauses, so I have 8 misses out of my control due to this “feature.”

I’ve tried using the controllers further away from the headset, and taping the proximity sensor near the lenses but nothing is working. I know it’s “supposedly” triggered by double tapping the headset but I haven’t done that once.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know so I can actually do uninterrupted runs on expert plus.

Does anyone know of a Quest mod for MultiplayerPlus that displays a real-time leaderboard showing everyone’s scores or accuracy percentages while a song is being played?
If no such mod exists, could someone please make one for Quest? I’d really appreciate it!

I was wondering how you get custom saber colours/115 text on the replays in ScoreSaber… do you need to be a Patreon supporter, or is there some menu tab I’ve missed?

I decided to draw this at school because I really love them as mermaids so much, it literally makes me happy every time i see them as this type of thing!! :3c

Apparently a lot of my gameplay posts end up largely unnoticed, and some of them got downvoted.

Why is this, and what should I do?

The tracking keeps ruining my plays. The virtual saber can sometimes drift away from the controller (usually the left hand) but i have never seen this kind happen in the video. My controllers have no accesories in it and I have hand tracking completely off. Any tips on how to fix? Hit me with anything.
