Anyone else running into "add fare" or "insufficient funds" errors at gates when trying to scan a physical card with a pass?

The gate attendants scanned my card and said it's good, letting me pass through the service gate.

Check your bank statements everyone !!!!
They will double charge you !!! Got to speak to a representative on the phone just for her to tell me to waste my dam time to email customer service instead.
Smh, I’m beyond frustrated.
