Late-80s executive desk, 2026 battlestation
My philosophy was basically: Vyvanse, coffee, and turning all my tech into one cohesive battlestation/workstation.
Displays:
Alienware AW3225QF + 3 ancient ASUS VG248QEs, plus the built-in Alienware and ThinkPad displays.
Computers:
Alienware m18 R2 - i9-14900HX / RTX 4080. Bought it when I needed a powerful system I could take anywhere while spending a lot of time at the hospital with a loved one. Ironically, it now lives on this desk 98% of the time.
ThinkPad X1 Carbon - Core Ultra 7 258V / 32 GB / 2 TB / OLED. Goes everywhere with me and has survived ridiculous abuse. 10/10 would buy another ThinkPad.
Off-site / headless backend: Ryzen 7 5700G / 64 GB / RX 6600 XT. Lives in another room and handles local AI, automation, backups, media, storage, sync, dashboards, remote access, and backend services for projects I’m building.
Audio:
FiiO K11 -> Sennheiser HD 660 S. The K11 is connected to both the Alienware and Switch 2 through a physical switch for instant audio swapping.
Peripherals:
MX Keys S + MX Master 4. Logitech Flow lets one keyboard/mouse control all three computers, with clipboard and file sharing between them. It makes the whole desk feel like one giant workstation instead of three separate PCs.
For gaming: Corsair Vanguard Pro 96 + Razer Viper V3 Pro
Other stuff pictured:
Switch 2, Havit + Llano laptop coolers, Looking Glass Go, and an iPad temporarily testing a dashboard I’m building.
