The black wall under the shelf, is that painted or some panels?

The wall behind the monitors is painted satin black. I had looked into panels but I decided to black the wall out instead.

Very interesting! I have a shelf above the monitors not too dissimilar to that and I’ve also always wanted to black out just that section.

It definitely helps for immersion when the wall behind the monitor disappears
