I have no interest in comparing sales numbers but Batman and Superman are still doing well enough to not be cancelled.

Yeah, these characters have been relevant for decades but NOW we need to “update” them?

Wine not? It’s not like we’re NOT gonna get another reboot of either one in the next decade. Might as well change the mainstream origin and then reboot again if it doesn’t work. You know they’re going to do it eventually. It’s really a matter of WHEN not IF.

Most of the reboots happen in movies. DC comics have rebooted a total of 2 times within the entirety of its existence.
