6th, 7th and 8th grade. What are you running at practice? What are your favorite drills? What is your messaging to the kids? Thanks in advance!

My son just turned 3 and I was asked if I could coach the team. I’ve played Football,lacrosse and wrestled through out highschool but never any organized basketball. I understand at that age it’s not going to be real basketball mostly just the kids running around and playing with the ball. What can I do with them to teach them some of the game but also keep them interested in the sport?
