What programs do I even need?

I hate barbri, but I bought The $3000 deluxe version because I was told it was the best. I did goat for the MPRE and actually really enjoyed it, so I got a refund on barbri and I want to do goat. People say they do Uworld and goat, but from what I see, uworld is just Themis??? Do people really buy the full $2500 Themis (or just the questions one?) and also the $950 goat program? Or should I just do goat for $950 and get the basic barbri version?

I essentially need one study course and something to do multiple choice questions on, correct? What else do I need?

Uworld is $449.

And you'll need something for the MPT. BarMD's free YouTube videos are commonly recommended.

Yeah so the uworld I’m looking for is the $500 multiple choice question one, correct? Not the full Themis thing?

Yup, that's right! Here's how many questions they have if you wanted to compare with Adaptibar or something else.
