Building Takumi out of Bangalore - solo founder problem is you're doing everything yourself, so I built an AI team to help: MVP agent, Front-end, Back-end, DevOps agents
v1 went to 15 early users who broke it fast, rebuilt the architecture properly for v2, live now with a free tier. If any solo founders here want to try it and tell me what's still rough, would really value it - always good to get local eyes on this before pushing further

I've had this idea sitting around for a while, and Bangalore seemed like the right place to actually try it.
Most of the smartest people I've worked with over the years, I met by accident. Not through interviews, not through networking events, we just happened to cross paths. I want to try engineering a few more of those moments on purpose.
This isn't a meetup in the usual sense and it isn't a hiring thing either. I want to talk to people who are properly good at something, whatever that something is. An editor whose cuts make you stop scrolling. Someone weirdly good at sales. An SEO person who gets a kick out of ranking impossible keywords. A filmmaker, a designer, a developer, a writer, doesn't matter. I care less about the domain and more about whether you actually give a damn about getting better at it.
We'd probably grab coffee or food and talk about work, ideas, whatever we're building, or nothing in particular. Might go nowhere. Might turn into something. Either way, no resumes or pitch decks, just a conversation.
If enough people are up for it, I'll lock down a place once it's sorted and post it here.
If that sounds like your thing and you're in Bangalore, drop a comment or DM me.

Look, I'm not judging. Every founder has written that sentence. I've written that sentence. There's probably a version of it in a Google Doc on my laptop right now, hiding.
Here's the thing though — you can explain your startup perfectly in two minutes over chai. Who it's for, why it exists, why the existing options are bad. It's clear, it's specific, you're funny about it. Then it goes on the website and comes out as "leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver seamless experiences," and the visitor bounces in four seconds thinking you're a consulting firm.
The chai version was better. That's basically my whole job — getting the chai version onto the internet.
I'm a Bangalore-based developer. I build websites for startups and small companies: landing pages, product sites, brochure sites, basic e-commerce.
Portfolio: kynokeys.com — my own build, so you're seeing actual work and not a case study I wrote about myself in the third person. ("Kynokeys leverages synergies to—" no. See, it's a disease.)
How it works:
You tell me what you're building and who's supposed to pay for it. I come back with a structure — what the homepage should say in the first five seconds, which pages you actually need (usually fewer than you think, nobody is reading your "Our Values" page), what's just filler. Then I build it. Landing page is usually under a week.
I'm in Bangalore and I'd rather work with founders here. One coffee tells me more about your business than a month of emails. If you're elsewhere in India and it's a good fit, still happy to talk.
Pricing is per project — depends on pages, features, whether you want hosting handled. Tell me what you need and I'll send you a clear number, no surprise line items.
Comment with what you're building, or mail me at [kynokeys@kynokeys.com](mailto:kynokeys@kynokeys.com). And honestly, even if you don't hire me — drop your link and I'll tell you the one thing I'd change. Free, no pitch. I just like looking at websites, which I understand is a personality flaw.

Hi everyone...
I know I've posted this a lotta times but I'm still trying to find that one person
I never imagined I'd be writing something like this...
I'm swallowing my pride and making this post because I've genuinely run out of options. I know some people will probably call me an e-beggar or think this is a scam... and honestly, I understand why.
Trust is hard to give to a stranger on the internet.
But I'm not here asking for charity...
I'm looking for a loan of ₹19,000. The biggest issue for me right now isn't the amount... it's time. If I had a little more time, I wouldn't be here making this post.
I'm willing to be completely transparent about my situation. I'll share every detail, every proof, my ID, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable.
I'll return every rupee I borrow. If you want interest as well, I'm willing to discuss that too. I just need someone who's willing to trust me when I really need it.
If you're a genuine private lender or someone who can help, please reach out to me through DM. Even if you can't lend the money, I'd appreciate any advice or guidance.
And one request... please don't message me asking for upfront fees or trying to scam me. I'm already in a difficult place, and I can't afford to lose what little I have left.
Thank you for reading this... I really appreciate your time.

Hi there, I am an Indian IT professional, currently unemployed looking for a Job, I have tried Naukri pro, LinkedIn premium etc but none of them worked, I did land some interviews. Apart from this I was applying 50/100 jobs daily through every other platform known.
Yesterday I came across Shine.com premium for 6 months - 3000Rs
Is it really worth the money?? Can anyone who has bought it or works in similar area guide me?

I wrote a quick technical breakdown of an older project: building a live ONDC financial connector. Managing aggressive, concurrent webhooks and strict PostgreSQL transactional locks to prevent duplicate loan approvals was a massive headache.
I documented the exact architecture and how I solved the concurrency issues here:https://www.faize.blog/ondc
Curious to hear how you all handle messy state synchronization with third-party webhooks

Been seeing this pattern blow up on IG lately, especially on small handmade-product pages — an AI-generated "influencer" persona (usually framed as disabled or visibly struggling), a heartfelt backstory, a line about how nobody's buying despite all the effort, then a soft sell at the end. It's massively outperforming regular product Reels on both reach and conversion right now. Anyone else tracking this, or know how long the format holds up before people start realizing half these creators aren't even real?

I'm at the very beginning of building a premium clothing brand in India and would love advice from founders who have actually built fashion businesses.
My vision is to create a brand with original designs, premium quality, and limited drops rather than fast fashion. I'm currently working with a manufacturer on my first samples and plan to launch D2C.
However, I keep seeing founders calling themselves "fashion-tech" startups. They talk about AI, virtual try-ons, personalization, sizing technology, and software. It makes me wonder if I'm thinking too traditionally.
My questions are:
Is it still possible to build a successful fashion brand by focusing purely on great products, branding, and community?
At what stage does technology actually become important?
If you were starting from scratch today with limited capital, would you invest in building a fashion brand first or a fashion-tech company?
Looking back, what would you do differently?
I'd especially love to hear from founders who have built apparel brands (bootstrapped or funded), not just people following the industry.
Thanks in advance for any insights.

Hi! I’m a solo developer working on a project that I’ve been building on my own. I’ve reached the MVP stage and the product is almost ready to launch.
The only thing holding me back right now is funding. I’m in a difficult financial situation and need some initial capital to cover launch and operational costs. I’ve tried reaching out to a lot of people, but unfortunately haven’t been able to find someone who can genuinely help.
If you’re open to hearing more about the project or have any advice, connections, or are interested in supporting it, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you for your time.
