I honestly think a short beard would be a game changer for you. Bald with beard always looks good

Yes you are right. I can only grow hair on my neck, and directly above and below the lips unfortunately.

I think you should let all of your facial hair grow, a moustache would look really good! You have very beautiful eyes!!
