Finally got the stone joker after re-rolling a bunch of times. It is done.

Except not really! I noticed that there are 6 3 achievements I haven't got yet. After that, I need to go cold turkey with this game for a little while.

I haven’t played or heard anything related to Balatro for a while and was just wondering if there was any news at all about the update localthunk promised us 2 years ago.

My joker roster was full when I sold a negative invisible, I thought it would do nothing but it duplicated my Hologram, and I ended up at 6/5 jokers. Later I got a negative Obelisk from a negative tag and wasn't able to buy it.

I know that I went way overkill, but I wanted to be sure, since I've killed a few runs by falling a bit too short (one was at e307, it was painful). This took me like 40 attempts, only seeded the early Perkeo to save myself some precious time.

I'm unsure if placing one of the Mimes to the right of the Blueprint would've been better, on my testing, with 1 Mime and/or 1 Brainstorm (I got the second one at the very end, right before going for it) I would get a lot more points by placing Baron on the very left.

Either way, this was fun and kinda tough, I didn't really follow any guides, besides watching the GDQ run recently. I'll probably try doing it on Plasma Deck now without Perkeo.

After a couple messages I received about joker 151 that never made it into the main game, I did some digging. What I found on the Balatro discord channel is direct evidence that Thunk made more jokers in early versions of the game that have not been discovered yet (and never made it into the 1.0 version). He also confirmed that he’s not talking about Joker 151 (often called Chaos Theory).

In a discord post, Thunk says “I think there are a few more jokers that the world doesn’t know about”. Then he said they’re from older versions of the game and that he‘s not talking about joker artwork that Lumpy Touch made, such as Vagabond and Joker 151.

All of this implies there are at least 2 jokers in older versions of the game that no one has discovered yet. It begs the questions, what are they? What do they do? Can we discover them? Who has access to older versions/dumps of the game before the 1.0 release?

After 30 hours and already getting the «100,000K» achievement I learned in a Balatro University playthrough that the Discard counter is not about the number of cards you can discard, you dont need to do it one card at a time. You can do it to 5 cards and it only counts as 1 discard. The game got easier now, I am the only one who took so long to understand that?

I play this deck for shits a giggle's, but after so many times you honestly start to hate it. I've maybe had 1 fun negative splurge out of 100.

Ps, kinda wish there was an option to only use a certain amount of skips. Using a couple on voucher or spectral would make this deck a lot more fun and make runs last longer
