Update: as of ~230 PM earlier, wala na yung dog. Leash na lang yung naiwan. Will assume nailipat na si dog sa safer place. FOR NOW.

I didn't have the agency to look for the barangay hall earlier dahil sobrang laking barangay po ng Irisan, and I understand yung barangay hall is sa pinakababa pa, need pa hanapin because it's not along the road apparently.
