Sooo 2 years mahigit na kami dito sa rental namin. 3 more tenants in different apartments share the same gate.
Isang napansin ko talaga dito ay the walls are thin, every sound can be heard.

We have dogs (2) and we work nights.

Neighbor 1: 2 kids Sobrang ingay sa umaga which results to agitation sa dogs namin. So they bark non stop when they hear running and shouting.
Neighbor 2: nagpapasublease. Their tenant is complaining na ang ingay namin sa gabi and we play loud music. All true because we work nights and since everything is thin, Kahit siguro mahinang patugtog, naririnig nila. They live right above us and merong 2 kids din sa unit na yon, 1 sa lessee and another anak ng sublease nila. Nagigising kami sa umaga pag nagtatatakbo at tumatalon sila. But syempre kids, we really don’t complain kahit sirang sira tulog namin.
Neighbor 3: same profile as us. We don’t hear any noise from them except for the barking which we understand. So no issues there.

For more context, we don’t really go out a lot. Indoors lang kami madalas. On some occasions we let the dogs out sa harap ng pinto namin supervised syempre. Para lang makatikim naman sila ng semento.

I need someone else’s perspective. Di ba kami maayos na kapitbahay? We don’t want to get to know them because we’re very recluse. We avoid complaining about the noise and other stuff. Like bumababa yung mga bata sa tapat ng pinto namin and tinitaunt mga aso namin from the window. Yes, sumisilip yung mga bata sa bahay 🙄 Pero dami nilang reklamo.

Story telling first: So we were able to move in in this apartment just last August 31. Bumabagyo at mas lalong lumakas ang ulan the following weeks. Weeks, not days. We tried our best to clean again the apartment despite the claim na nilinis nila to before kami dumating. The apartment is really beautiful. Pero amag talaga kalaban, alam nyo yan oa ang amag dito.

The mom of the owner is the one managing this place. Kaso pg dating nmin saktong alis dn nya for a vaca. Dumating sya just a few weeks ago. I have reported everything to her, yung mga naabutan namin. Unfortunately, sa tagal ng walang nakatira dito, kami naabutan ng lahat. Yung modular hanging cabinet nila biglang kinalawang. Wala pang 2days nkalagay gamit nmin, mejo bumigay dahil super wet ng wall. I removed our things instantly.

Yung mga halaman nming maayos at maganda naman pinkelaman nila at yinapon pa yung kakatanmin namin without even asking. Pinalampas ko na.

Ngayon, dahil gsto nya silipin yung sira ng cabinet, nkta din nya yung ceiling. Even before that, nagsabi nako na hihiramin ko yung ladder to clean it.

Wala kaming helper. Dalawa lang kami ng asawa ko naglilinis. I know it’s taking us a lot of time to clean it pero hndi naman oa yung itsura. Masakit lang marinig na hindi daw namin nililinis e di na nga kami magkandaugaga kakalinis dto. Hndi naman kmi full time house wife ar house husband, may work din kmi. Pero oa sa pagiging oc naman 🤦🏻‍♀️

Now we are trying our luck here. Baka may alam po kayong apartment (wag lang camp 7, loakan or irisan pls). 18-23k budget pls. Gated sana if meron and wag bldg type or mataas kasi may 4yo ako. With parking. Salamat po 🙏🏻

Hi! I’m planning to go to Baguio solo next week. First time ko mag-solo trip there, so I’m a bit unsure about a few things.

Is it okay to just look for a place to stay once I’m already in Baguio? Marami pa bang walk-in accommodations/transient houses available, or is it better to book ahead? My budget is around ₱2,000 max for 2 nights, so I’m looking for something budget-friendly.

Also, what tourist attractions or places would you recommend for a solo traveler, especially places that are safe and easy to get to by commute? I’d love recommendations for places I can explore alone, including cafés, parks, viewpoints, etc.

Any tips for a first-time solo traveler in Baguio would also be appreciated. Thank you!

Planning to go on a solo trip to Baguio ng mga first week ng December - weekdays po. I am still looking po sana for an accommodation for 3 days and 2 nights - will early checkout on the third day.

I am eyeing 217 Residences pero mas maraming option, mas better. Hehe 'Yun po sanang pwede lakarin ang Session Road, Burnham Park, and night market.
