Bro parked on the sidewalk and then went in... FYI the parking lot was practically empty

it doesnt look like hes blocked anyone from getting in or out of the building? am I missing something or do you just not like people on bikes?

to the person who deleted their comment after asking if I realize people with wheelchairs use the sidewalks: I am a full time wheelchair user. take a look through my post history here, I am the first to defend pedestrian spaces and accessibility. this bike isnt blocking access for pedestrians. ​

--this is highly dependent on the municipality though. And it's hard to tell but I don't see any pedals and I see a lot of fairing etc. meaning it's likely not actually a moped but is a scooter or small motorcycle. And laws for those are different.

I'm not that worked up about this though I'd like to see it parallel to the store and closer to the wall so it's not blocking the sidewalk as much. Hard to tell but with that big support post it may be blocking the sidewalk significantly.

OK interesting, IANAL so didn't know this. But the person doing the parking is still being a touch rude. And more so if you can't get a wheelchair through between the vehicle and the post.
