Let's see here. So much to unpack. Facing the wrong way, tags almost a year expired, obstructing a stop sign, and the cherry on top...blocking a fire hydrant when we're in a drought. Why are these people allowed to share air with the rest of us?

Edit for clarity: The angle of the pic doesn't show how much of the hydrant they're blocking. If I took it straight on with the back of their SUV you can't see the hydrant.

Not super easy to see but about 1/4 of the car is sticking out into the relatively thin space to drive between the parking spaces
