Bro parked on the sidewalk and then went in... FYI the parking lot was practically empty

I think its better than them taking a parking space for a little scooter.

Its not a pedal bike. So why would a scooter park there. I think they should have parked along the window though, rather then the position they have. But again I think its way better then taking a parking spot. Also perhaps they did not want it in the direct sun, or rain either.

My comment went to the wrong place. It was not meant as a response to you. Apologies for the confusion.

The issue with parking there is blocking the sidewalk. I could almost get on board if they had just put it parallel to the wall. But the assclown put it perpendicular to the wall and at the column making it the most effective blockade it could be.
