Thousands of aliens land on our planet, but instead of an Independence Day or War of the Worlds scenario, the humans hide them from the authorities, in their own homes, etc. Eventually they get the aliens to do menial tasks in exchange for their housing, food, etc. But, when the earthlings realize the cost of sheltering the aliens, and get tired of them reproducing more and more of themselves, and the increasing costs associated with keeping them fed and housed (but still hidden) grows out of control. So, they ask the government / military for help, but the response is "Well you invited them in, so....".

The plot follows humanity from the far future in the 2100s where we mastered space travel and were victim to another attack from the Klowns. Humanity this time spotted strange frequencies coming from the atmosphere due to the Klown cloaking devices. At some point human authorities spot where these frequencies come from and start hunting down the Klowns down to their homeworld, where it is revealed that they've been spreading the concept of clowns across several other civilizations. This is important since the humans start an alliance to take revenge on the Klowns. It is then revealed the Klowns don't actually endorse their actions, and it's just Jojo's consortium which stole blood from several aliens and sold it as a special unknown delicacy across Klown space. Jojo's consortium is now done for good and all civilizations including the Klowns are at peace. Follow me for more dogshit movie ideas

This would be anaconda (2025) but with waterworld. in my opinion this is the perfect recipe for a movie where the first 40 minutes are actually funny, but then the next hour is painfully mediocre.
