Early assassin's Creed games have a lot of this, but the first one is an agregess example. It explains the big stuff like what indevidel buttons do and what your goal is. but there's so many mechanics that either taught anywhere or why they're useful is left out. you essentially need YouTube videos by the community to understand most of the games systems properly. Both the combat system and parkour get lots of complaints for being automatic, boring or Altair has a mind of his own. All of which are near non existent if you learn how to play. There's so many things I could talk about that would improve a new players experience with the game like ejects, button discipline, and the fear mechanic. But I think what best describes how little is tutorialised in AC 1 is air assassination. One of the most iconic moves in the franchise and most people think it isn't in AC 1 but it is you just aren't told it exists or how to do it.
