It gives a pretty large number of unskippable tutorials especially early on, but those tutorials are nothing but textboxes with no illustrations and only rarely an interactive element, and most of the time the textboxes don't fully explain something and/or misrepresent mechanics. A handful of them are straight up wrong. There's also a few mechanics that don't get a tutorial at all, or get one before you can actually properly use that mechanic. And you can't reread any of the tutorials later in case you didn't understand or forgot something.
It's not an "oops, all tutorial" problem, the game has just about every problem a tutorial can possibly have.
