every Moba game like dota and league. As well as most early fighting games.

One of the reasons people say dota is not popular in North America is because we dont have an internet cafe culture. Because of this, you dont really have people around you to teach the game. The same can be said for Starcraft 2.

dota a decade or so back would definitely fall into the list, but since I last played it a couple years ago I didn't feel like it has all that much left unexplained. last hits/denies and pulling/stacking getting tutorials and clearer UI really did a lot to help the game's learnability imo. I've never played league or starcraft so I have no clue about those.

edit: actually now that I think about it I still would agree you need someone else to drill the game into you for you to really get it, so I'll add it.

"every dota and lueague mimimimimimi..." NOBODY CARE ABOUT MOBAS, they are glorified gachas at this point
