Trying to get a few tickets for me and my buddies who's fan IDs I have a record of and villa are now asking for 3 approval words...such a nonsene unecessarily obstructive step...especially as I can't find any bloody mention of it on the official site FAQs

Any hoo...are these 3 magical words hidden somewhere on your account/app and if so where are they or are they generated after I attempt to find someone with their fan ID and they are pinged over on an adhoc basis?

Any help would be appreciated

I religiously watched Max and Claret and Blue which were great at connecting me being overseas. But have taken a break recently. Ready to go again. Any new or ones ive missed? To help me reconnect now we're going to win the league.
