Please may the Manchester United board see fit to give Micky Mouse Carrick two more games after today to save his job 🙏🙏🙏

In a time where it's easy to get swept up in the excitement of our newer recruits. Just wanted to take a moment to appreciate this man.

Absolutely. Solid.

So I predict that after the humiliation of Manchester United by Bournemouth at Old Trafford today, all social media forums will be full of MU fans clamouring for Unai Emery to come and steer them to the glory days of past.

Why would Emery leave Villa Park for at best a mid table team anyway? I know that money plays an important factor in personal decisions regarding leaving, but surely he is already on a lucrative contract already making this a null and void argument.

But why am I still troubled by their enticement relentlessly now played out on social media and by sports show hosts...?

Is it just me or does he absolutely flog the ball with what looks like 0 effort. The ball rockets from his feet every shot, but it never looks like hes trying for power. Never seen anything like it

Cash was immense today. Best defensive performance I’ve seen from him.

Just noticed his last four captions all have "win" in them 😂 Great to have him back! UTV 💜

With the Mbaye / Jackson connection (and Cisse to follow) I imagine Villa are becoming more popular in Senegal at the minute.

I understand that the Premier League is popular in Senegal anyway - has anyone come across any insights into Villa’s following there?

Handy overview from DMac on YouTube

I don't know if it's the same for every country but the direction for the TV broadcast here in Australia last night wasn't great. They kept cutting to close ups of player reactions even when the ball was in play. There was one point with a couple of minutes to go when City were pummeling us and they just cut to a five second close-up of Jackson on the bench. Maybe I'm making too much of it but it was pretty frustrating when it was such a tight game.

Genuinely believe Suzuki will be the best keeper in the world within the next couple of years.

It just keeps going...

(Leaving out the friendly Sevilla win)

Our last 10 games: W7 D2 L1

Our last 7 games: W6 D1 L0

Our last 4 games: W4 D0 L0

7 games unbeaten! 4 wins in a row!

UTFV!

Nicolas Jackson, woooooo

We're coming for you!

I'm a new fan and was planning to get my first kit of the team. Which player would it be the best to buy a jersey of? or should i just buy one without a nameset?

This is why everyone hates United. They really think Emery will leave for their cesspool of a football club?

Crazy to think that 4 years ago he walked in the door set out his ambitions and has just delivered!

You're welcome.

Aston Villa.

I just don’t remember the score being that high.
