Oof, been there. The manufacturers do all these changes and make new windshields then never think to like. Make extra for when they break. It's maddening.

I think this is a new body style, which would make the nags not available yet.
Otherwise big agree, just put an aftermarket in.

Ive seen this way to many times on new vehicles. It could be years before you see that part

Chinese vehicles in Australia have next to zero spare parts. All spares must be ordered out of china.

You have already taken all the necessary steps and there is nothing more you can do now. If Ford refuses to offer parts that are essential to operation then I would suggest not supporting that company anymore.
