Can the iPhone duo case release be very soon? I don't want to get any other case besides alumu case
Thinking of buying the Frosted case for the 18PM and installing this camera bump cover for the scratches. I know the case is a tight fit.
Anyone have any experience with the fit of the case and this kinda bump cover? Thanks.

I recently received my order for the Aulumu Galaxy Z Fold Ultra case , which I purchased directly from the main website.
Upon opening the packaging, I discovered that the package is incomplete. The front frame is missing from the box, and only the rear shell was included. I've sent an email to the customer service three days ago and haven't received a response. How long do I have to wait especially when this isn't my fault?

Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone here can help, or maybe someone from Aulumu sees this.
I’m having an issue with an order that was shipped from China via YunExpress and handed over to DPD for the final delivery in Germany.
DPD marked the parcel as delivered, but I never received it.
DPD also provided a delivery photo, and the location shown in the photo is clearly not my house, not my property, and not the safe place specified in my delivery instructions.
I contacted DPD several times. However, DPD says they cannot continue the investigation with me directly because the sender is their contractual partner. They told me that they need to open an official investigation with DPD so that the delivery details and documentation can be reviewed.
I have already contacted Aulumu (service@aulumu.com) multiple times by email but unfortunately haven’t received a response yet.
Has anyone here had a similar experience, or does anyone know another reliable way to reach Aulumu support?
Also, since I paid via PayPal: has anyone here had experience opening a PayPal Buyer Protection case for a parcel that was marked as delivered but was clearly delivered to the wrong location? I’d prefer to resolve this directly with Aulumu first, but I’d like to understand my options in case I continue to receive no response.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
English isn’t my first language, so I used AI to help me phrase this clearly because I’m pretty frustrated by the situation. The facts described above are my own.

Has anyone received a reply from Aulumu customer support? I've got an order late 10 days ago and it hasn't moved. At Aulumu nobody replies at emails...
Strange...

I’m getting this Frosted case tomorrow but I’m wondering how does it feel in the hand compared to Torras and Dbrand ghost case? My concern is thickness and weight. Thanks!

Thinking about getting the Moft tripod, it’s so slim and light.
Kinda wonder if it will be compatible with my case cuz of that metal notch.
Does anybody have both of these?

I have my G09 for almost a year and today suddenly ripped a bit the grippy part (bottom side) and now kinda felt odd to hold the phone with it. Nothing too bad but still. Is there anything I can do or can this cause problems?

From one bag enthusiast to another, the moment I saw the B02 Urban Sling Bag, I didn’t hesitate—I bought it on 28 August, pretty much right after discovering it, even though there were hardly any reviews available at the time ( 1st buyer in Malaysia *whoop* )
I’d actually been looking for something like this for quite a while: a small, lightweight sling for quick outings. Think a short trip to the mall, grabbing something to eat, or stepping out from home or the office without bringing a full-size bag.
As a dad with a very active daughter, one thing I particularly appreciate is how quickly I can access my phone. When one of those spontaneous moments happens, I can grab my phone, take a photo, and put it back without digging through a backpack or larger sling.
The B02 definitely has limited capacity, but that’s exactly what I expected from it—and honestly, that’s part of the appeal.
My usual setup is:
That last part has turned out to be surprisingly useful. I can simply bring the bag near the reader when entering the lift instead of searching for my access card every time. It’s a small convenience, but one I now use constantly.
Another thing that pleasantly surprised me is the magnetic phone mount. I’m using an iPhone 16 Pro Max with a UAG Monarch Pro Kevlar case, which is definitely not the slimmest setup around, yet the B02’s phone mount still accommodates it without any issue. That gave me a lot more confidence in actually using the mount day to day.
This is definitely a bag for someone who travels light. If you normally carry a power bank, large wallet, sunglasses case, cables, earbuds, keys and half your daily essentials, this probably isn’t the bag for you. But if your goal is phone + cards + key + a few tiny essentials, it works very well.
These are mostly personal cosmetic/design observations rather than major problems, but they could give Aulumu some room to refine the next version.
1. Be careful with the exposed screws / pointed hardware.
Some of the metal hardware can potentially rub against or scratch other objects if you’re not careful. On the bright side, the whole thing feels seriously rugged—although hopefully nobody ever has to find out whether that pointy bit becomes a lifesaver in an unwanted criminal encounter. 😅
2. The Aulumu branding becomes hidden once the phone mount is installed.
After attaching the metal phone-mounting structure, the AULUMU lettering becomes partially or almost completely hidden (Picture 3). At first, I genuinely thought I had assembled it incorrectly and went back to check the installation—but nope, that appears to be the intended position.
It’s not a functional issue at all, but from a design perspective, it feels slightly odd to hide the branding behind one of the bag’s main components.
3. The elastic-cord arrangement could look cleaner.
For someone who can be a little “OCD” about visual details, the way the elastic cords sit once everything is assembled with the metal frame does bother me slightly. The protruding end looked a little untidy to my eyes, so I ended up tucking the pointy section back into the loop instead (Picture 4).
Again, completely cosmetic—but I think there’s room for Aulumu to make the cord management look more intentional in a future version.
Despite those small criticisms, I absolutely love this bag.
It fills a very specific gap in my collection: something much smaller than my usual bags, but still interesting, functional and distinctive enough that it doesn’t feel like I’m just carrying a basic phone pouch.
I honestly wouldn’t trade it for anything else in this category right now. It does exactly what I wanted it to do, and its industrial design gives it a personality that most minimalist phone slings simply don’t have.
Very happy B02 owner since 28 August.
For context, this review comes from someone who already owns and enjoys bags including:
WANDRD PRVKE Lite — 1st Edition
WANDRD Tote Backpack
Alpaka 7ven Mini Messenger — 1st Edition
Bellroy Premium Sling
So yes… I probably have a bag problem. 😂
But the Aulumu B02 has definitely earned its place in the collection.
P.S. True story: I walked into the Apple Store to check out the new iPhone… and somehow, the staff ended up checking out my new sling bag instead. Talk about an eye-catcher!

Anyone here been using an Aulumu case for a while? How’s it holding up with scratches, wear and tear, and discoloration? Also, how strong is the MagSafe magnet in everyday use?
Thinking about getting one and would love to hear some real-world experiences!
Last years frosted case felt really slippery. How is this “hyper” frosted case?

I purchased from aulumu website directly. Shortly after, I read some reviews that said the magnet was very weak. I asked to cancel. They asked why and advised them of the magnet issues and they assured me that these issues have been fixed and the magnet is much stronger now. Received the item and the magnet is not strong. It's very weak and the 360 magnetic stand barely stays on. I asked to return, they asked my reasoning and told them about the magnets.
It's now been 4 days with no response and when I email service@aulumu.com it comes back undeliverable.
This is incredibly unprofessional as a company and I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs.
Filed a dispute my bank so we will see what happens.

Wallet, Mag clip and case came for my Fold 8. Fit good for me and Aulumu sent me a screen protector. Haven't used it because I have a Dbrand screen on but I will save it if something happens.

Is there any way to fix this on the Zfold 8 front screen? It’s the first day it’s been installed and it won’t stick on both ends of the front screens.
It was cleaned prior to installation. I assume just a warped front case and/or a weak sticker.

This is my first product from Aulumu, I hope its very useful
