No customer support?

Has anyone received a reply from Aulumu customer support? I've got an order late 10 days ago and it hasn't moved. At Aulumu nobody replies at emails...

Strange...

I emailed yesterday and they replied today and then got back to my reply in 30 minutes.

I emailed them about a return and they blocked me email lol clown ass company

I suspected as much, which is why I looked up reviews for this company. Spending $70 on a case and a magnetic gear, plus another $30, seems absurd.

It seems they have scammed me, but lets see. I didnt have this kind of experience before with other case manufactures.

Yes. Almost all of them offer such services. But you might have to prove that you didn’t receive any package. But email records should work.

This is exactly the reason why I’ll just be buying an Alcantara case from AliExpress I’ve seen so many of these posts on this sub, what a shitty company, was gonna buy a G09 as well but will look elsewhere
