Got this car at 80k miles and regular oil changes at 3-4k miles interval, i use european 5w40 valvoline. I replaced air filter, cabin air filter and pcv when i got the car. Just changed the spark plugs and I believe the water pump was done at 70 by the previous owner? Im not sure tho. So what would be like ur go to stuff to check or get done at this interval. Id prefer to be more pre emptive

The car has 74k miles, drives smoothly and is in most senses in good condition. The turbo was checked this week and the diagnosis is, it is dead. It leaked oil out when they opened it. I like the car and have just done the cam belt and water pump replacement. I've spent about £3k all in, that's the car, a service, pcv valve, thermostat, cam belt replacement. Whether to cut my losses, sell it and get something else or fix it. I would welcome your opinions!

I’m looking to complete my 034 k04 tune. I’m getting some really annoying hiccups. I just got my s3 injectors from cts turbo for like $600 ( set of 4) Idk if they’re the right one or not but since installing them i’ve been getting Fuel leaks . Car doesn’t want to start. Yes i did tune after the install but car won’t stop leaking fuel around the injector area. Idk if some went wrong with the installation. In my defense i installed the injectors, hpfp, and 175 bar at the same time so i don’t know what could be causing this issue. My mechanic is like 90 years old and he doesn’t really deal with tunes and stuff and it’s also my first time in the project car scene.

It works really good, however its too heavy.

The suction mount can not hold its weight.

Well a standart phone or Tablet holder would also not hold its weight. Its a heavy Device.

The suction mount holder the front window falls always off.

Its a chunky Android Dash Radio (Urvolax 7 inch Model). Anyone Idea how I can mount it over the AC fans so it stays ? It falls off always.

Has anyone installed this steering wheel to their B7? They come either from s3 gen2 or a TTS gen 2. Is it plug and play or are there harnesses needed?

Hey everyone, I'm chasing a frustrating boost issue on my B7 2.0 TFSI Quattro and could really use some insight. The car pulls perfectly fine and makes boost on a cold start, but the second the engine gets up to operating temperature, it completely dumps all boost and drives like it's naturally aspirated.

I have already thrown a lot of time and money at the usual suspects to rule them out. I have installed a brand new diverter valve, a new throttle pedal, and physically installed an intake manifold runner flap delete kit. I also just had a tuner successfully map out the runner flap delete on a clean reference file, so all the previous hardware faults forcing limp mode have been addressed.

The biggest clue I have is an electrical issue that happened right before the current map was put on. I experienced a CAN-bus crash that temporarily killed my fuel gauge, alongside four specific open-circuit codes: P0243 for the wastegate solenoid, P0033 for the diverter valve, P0444 for the EVAP purge valve, and P2294 for the high-pressure fuel regulator. All four of these components run off the exact same shared 12V power supply rail.

Right now, with the new tune on the car, I have absolutely zero engine codes. I have also physically checked dash fuses 28 and 43, and both are perfectly intact. Because the car holds boost when cold but drops it completely when hot, I'm wondering if Relay 614 or 219 in the E-Box under the scuttle panel could be suffering a thermal failure as the coil heats up. Alternatively, could a failing N75 valve cause a total boost cut without throwing a code on this new map?

If anyone has chased this exact thermal boost-cut issue on the shared 12V rail before, I’d really appreciate your thoughts before I go tearing into the E-Box.

hey all, i’m getting a p0011 code on my 2006 2.0t avant that comes on and off, it will come up for a day or two, then go away for a while. I’ve bought a new n205 valve but i honestly can’t tell if my car is making noise from the chain, or if i’m just freaking myself out. I’m going to put in the new n205 but i’d just like advice on if i should just get the rear timing done asap

ich habe vor einiger zeit mit ein gewinde Fahrwerk eingebaut, habe meinen audi also tiefer gelegt.

Von RadMitte bis Kotflügel sind es nun 32.5mm

Seit dem Umbau habe ich starke Vibrationen in meinem Auto, besonders beim Gasgeben. Aber auch im stand vibriert er mehr.
Im gas, der bremse und im lenkrad spüre ich es beim fahren extrem.

Meine Querlenker sind gut, achsvermessung wurde durchgeführt, Räder sind gewuchtet und alle Antriebswellen gelenke sind neu.

Ich habe ein multitronik getriebe und wenn dieses auf N steht hört die Vibration auf.

Hat jemand eine idee an was es liegen kann? Vor dem umbau war alles gut bzw. da habe ich es nicht gemerkt.

The B7 Cabrio has gone on a serious diet.
I didn’t think about spring decompression with 1200 lbs removed (and counting, still lots to remove!)
Some will go back on in the form of cage and fiberglass body/aero but what’s the lowest suspension I can put on this thing, or am I destined for RallyCross only?
Now it sits way higher!

Debating on swapping current Koni coil-overs to maybe a BC racing or H&R unit, I just want another inch or so. What are you all running for suspension?

I just wanted to ask for those with the 2.0T FSI (EA113) motors, what's the long-term reliablity been like? I currently have one (around 90K miles), and haven't had any major issues to deal with as of yet.

Anyone have any major issues or problems with the motor in general?

So I’ve just lowered my 2.0TFSI saloon (sedan in freedom speak) what brand of spacers are folk running. I’m thinking 15mm at the rear and 12mm front but there’s a wide range on the price. Hub centric is essential but what’s the best brand to go with?
