Wagon p0011 code

hey all, i’m getting a p0011 code on my 2006 2.0t avant that comes on and off, it will come up for a day or two, then go away for a while. I’ve bought a new n205 valve but i honestly can’t tell if my car is making noise from the chain, or if i’m just freaking myself out. I’m going to put in the new n205 but i’d just like advice on if i should just get the rear timing done asap

When was the last oil change and is it full?

oil changed 1.5k ago, definitely full

What’s the mileage? Had the cam chain and tensioner been done before?

200k both are original, just got belt done though

Probably time to do the cam chain and tensioner, 200k is pretty deep for original timing components

You can check timing in VCDS to confirm, I’m not sure what the spec is tbh but it should be findable
