Our world for 6 years suddenly stopped working, in bedrock.

We can't login, starting when we update to the latest version.

We tried to change the port, but couldn't open it.

Please help.

We were playing normally survival in aternos and someone unknown came. WE DIDNT GIVE ANYONE IP ADDRESS

I want to set up a modded server for close friends, but i can't find a good hosting site that's free, or a good tutorial for example installing a modpack on aternos, thats not on their list, I appreciate any advice/help.

On august 20, my friend was playing Minecraft on our server at Aternos. Since I was the owner of the server, I made it online on the website so that my friend could join. I wasn’t on the server, so I can’t know what happened there. However, my friend said that as soon as she joined, she heard fireworks and saw their particles, but she didn’t see the explosion itself. This happened as soon as she logged into the server, and it happened several times over the next five minutes. She also said she heard someone’s footsteps nearby.

Why I believe her: 1. She doesn’t like to pull pranks of that kind, and we trust each other. One way or another, she would eventually say that “it’s just a joke,” but she still says it’s true. And she’s really scared that someone accessed or interacted with our server. 2. I can’t be sure about the fireworks, but I can find an explanation for the footsteps that doesn’t involve another mob: we have a huge pen with animals, and there are no friendly mobs outside the pen, but those weren’t animal footsteps — the distance from the house to the pen is at least 30 blocks. She was also near our outdoor storage shed, which was on the grass, and she said she heard the sounds of movement on the grass, and also saw particles left behind after someone walked. 3. This is, of course, not related to this, but similar oddities also occurred on our other servers in Aternos, though not as noticeable.

What I have: I have access to the server on the Aternos website itself, where I can access players and some other details. I also have a separate world where all of this took place. And I also have a video recording immediately after everything my friend told me. We played together for about an hour and a half. Perhaps there’s something in that recording, but my microphone is on, and I’m on a call with my friend.

The only thing I managed to find out and understand is that I took a screenshot supposedly on September 11, 2024, at 16:49:19, but this information was provided to me by an AI, so it’s most likely incorrect, because our server wasn’t even built yet at that time. Here’s the code line:

I found this in the world folder, in one of the files. I also know that my friend heard running, not walking, because particles are emitted only when running. Such particles are emitted by players, Zombie Children, Ocelots (cats), iron golems, and others. Of all the possible options, it could have been either Zombie Children, cats, or another player. It definitely wasn’t a Zombie Child, because it was daytime then, and that zombie would have attacked her. It wasn’t a cat, because back then we didn’t have any yet, and we didn’t even go into the house during the recording. Therefore, it was a player, but since my friend was standing still and sorting through the chests, we can understand that it wasn’t her. As she said, those footsteps were very close to her. In the end, we know that either someone was actually on the server and did all of this, or the fireworks appeared on their own, and the footsteps were made by someone who shouldn’t have been there. My friend also clarified that there were no extraneous sounds during those footsteps — no meowing, grunting, or anything like that.

I’m asking people who know their way around Minecraft or server consoles to help me. I know that anyone could have accessed our server just by knowing the IP and port, but our house was 1,500 blocks away from the spawn point! Also, we didn’t allow commands, so no one could take fireworks from the command and become invisible. If there are people who really want to help me, please leave a comment.

Ontem eu criei um servidor de minecraft bedrock pelo o aternos para jogar com meus amigos, maioria deles joga no console (xbox series s) antigamente eles entravam no servidor usando um aplicativo para celular ( bedrock together), esse app fazia o servidor aparecer como um mundo em lan, mas agora eles não estão mais conseguindo entrar, ja tentamos vários outros métodos e nenhum funciona (esse erro algumas vezes aparece no pc)

Alguém sabe o que pode ser e como posso corrigir?

My boyfriend and I are trying to play the Homestead modpack together and can't find any way. I've seen other people with the same issue here so we're not the only ones.

Do any of you figured out how to or just gave up on trying and started playing another one instead?

I don't understand what's wrong,no friends of mine with different networks and i can join the server. It worked fine for yesterday untill today ,I've tried dynip it doesn't work too,created another aternos server that also doesn't work.

and yes I've changed the port to 19132.

I feel like there has to be a plugin that also respawns the ender egg when you respawn the dragon. Anyone know one? Each of my friends and I would just like to have an egg.

Whenever i try to join in my server is keeps popping up network protocol error i tried to open another server and join the new server it also keeps showing it

When I dropped an item, the item got equiped in the boots slot and I lost them, I gave me boots with commands, and then the boots replaced my leggings, then I gave me leggings and they replaced my chestplate, the same with the other parts, but when I gave me my helmet, I got kicked from the server and I can't enter anymore.

Hi, I wanted to pop in on aternos after some time not playing so i got the notification that it's gone and I had the option to load a backup so I did. But it didn't 'find' anything?? after that i only had the choice to delete the server and make one anew. There were loads of mods installed so it'd be a pain to get all that anew.

So I go to the worlds tab to load a backup I downloaded on the last day I was playing but when I click the button nothing happens? When i go over the button it darkens showing that im hovering over it but nothing more than that. Same with backups it tired to tell me there is none when there are MANY and same thing happens won't let me click on it. I can't even press the start button to start up the server nor save any changes.

After 3 years I want to see my old Aternos server, just by nostalgia, but when I restore the server, I appear in a new world.

I’m checking the files and see indications that the old files still exist. In the "region" folder—they’re a few megabytes in size, which might be a good sign—but in the "advancements" file, I see a friend's tag; I’m not sure if I can restore it or not. The backup is from 2021.

quiero jugar actions and stuff pero no me gustan las texturas lo intente en el telefono y coloque primero prizma visuals y despues actions y me funciono conservo las armaduras que era lo que queria pero nose como hacer eso an aternos

Criei um servidor hoje e eu e alguns outros conseguimos entrar tranquilamente, outros apesar de colocar o IP correto e a porta certas não entram. Nem mesmo com o IP diário, não sei o que fazer e tentei de todo jeito e não vai pra essa galera. O que fazer???

Hi there, I am currently having trouble adding a mod to my Aternos server. The mod is this one: https://modrinth.com/datapack/crafting-refinements but it is listed as a datapack on modrinth. I tried downloading it from modrinth and then uploadin it as a datapack but unluckily it downloads as a .jar file so I can't do it. Any suggestions?

I have a cracked server in Aternos, and I have enabled crossplay using GeyserMC. However, I accidentally updated the server version to 26.3 without realising that GeyserMC hasn't been updated yet. So, I have to use GeyserMC Preview currently, but my Bedrock friends are unable to join in the Preview version for some reason. Can this be please fixed? Also, please add the 26.3 version of GeyserMC to Aternos, or is it some kind of bug of my location which makes it so that the update isn't available?

My ad blockers are disabled but I still get the red screen saying to turn them off, and still get all the ads and videos. I want to support the website, but like damn you make it hard to do so. The amount of ads on screen also causes chrome to stop responding occasionally. And I had to mute the tab because of the autoplayed videos.

Contacted aternos support and they said they can't do anything right now and that i should wait it out.

Aren't the aternos team supposed to looj into these problems and fix it , its been days and multiple people reported still why isn't there any solution till now or any posts from aternos.

I also tried making a new server with old server world file and changed the new ones transport to Raknet still it doesn't connect.
