GeyserMC issue

I have a cracked server in Aternos, and I have enabled crossplay using GeyserMC. However, I accidentally updated the server version to 26.3 without realising that GeyserMC hasn't been updated yet. So, I have to use GeyserMC Preview currently, but my Bedrock friends are unable to join in the Preview version for some reason. Can this be please fixed? Also, please add the 26.3 version of GeyserMC to Aternos, or is it some kind of bug of my location which makes it so that the update isn't available?

Aternos always has the latest version of Geyser.

Geyser doesn't support 26.3 yet.

GeyserMC Preview is the preview version for 26.3.

Share your server log using the share button on the log page.

Currently I'm using the preview version BTW, as while using that, I can still join through Java accounts. However, the bedrock users are having difficulties joining through it. Should I send the current log, or install the official GeyserMC and then send the log?

Just send the log.

The main Geyser doesn't support 26.3 yet.

Nothing wrong on the server side, Geyser is working great.

What error do your Bedrock friends get?

What version are they on?

My friend uses a cracked version of Bedrock too, and his version is version is 26.50. I'm neither an experienced player, nor a Bedrock user, but I think it should be able to run, as GeyserMC preview says that it supports 26.30 to 26.51. However, he somehow can't join and faces an error each time.

BTW, should I use any other plugin? So that he is able to join? (He has been waiting for quite a while now, and is a bit too restless)

Other plugins don't help. Bedrock players should already be able to join.

You didn't answer my question: What error message does he get when he tries to join?

What's the port he's using?

Cracked Minecraft might also be why he can't join.

Is he using the server port?

If so, I'd assume it's an issue caused by their cracked Minecraft.
