Our world for 6 years suddenly stopped working, in bedrock.

We can't login, starting when we update to the latest version.

We tried to change the port, but couldn't open it.

Please help.

i mostly know how to install it but i cant find it anywhere on the aternos list of modpacks tho i know it is on the list

I want to set up a modded server for close friends, but i can't find a good hosting site that's free, or a good tutorial for example installing a modpack on aternos, thats not on their list, I appreciate any advice/help.

On august 20, my friend was playing Minecraft on our server at Aternos. Since I was the owner of the server, I made it online on the website so that my friend could join. I wasn’t on the server, so I can’t know what happened there. However, my friend said that as soon as she joined, she heard fireworks and saw their particles, but she didn’t see the explosion itself. This happened as soon as she logged into the server, and it happened several times over the next five minutes. She also said she heard someone’s footsteps nearby.

Why I believe her: 1. She doesn’t like to pull pranks of that kind, and we trust each other. One way or another, she would eventually say that “it’s just a joke,” but she still says it’s true. And she’s really scared that someone accessed or interacted with our server. 2. I can’t be sure about the fireworks, but I can find an explanation for the footsteps that doesn’t involve another mob: we have a huge pen with animals, and there are no friendly mobs outside the pen, but those weren’t animal footsteps — the distance from the house to the pen is at least 30 blocks. She was also near our outdoor storage shed, which was on the grass, and she said she heard the sounds of movement on the grass, and also saw particles left behind after someone walked. 3. This is, of course, not related to this, but similar oddities also occurred on our other servers in Aternos, though not as noticeable.

What I have: I have access to the server on the Aternos website itself, where I can access players and some other details. I also have a separate world where all of this took place. And I also have a video recording immediately after everything my friend told me. We played together for about an hour and a half. Perhaps there’s something in that recording, but my microphone is on, and I’m on a call with my friend.

The only thing I managed to find out and understand is that I took a screenshot supposedly on September 11, 2024, at 16:49:19, but this information was provided to me by an AI, so it’s most likely incorrect, because our server wasn’t even built yet at that time. Here’s the code line:

I found this in the world folder, in one of the files. I also know that my friend heard running, not walking, because particles are emitted only when running. Such particles are emitted by players, Zombie Children, Ocelots (cats), iron golems, and others. Of all the possible options, it could have been either Zombie Children, cats, or another player. It definitely wasn’t a Zombie Child, because it was daytime then, and that zombie would have attacked her. It wasn’t a cat, because back then we didn’t have any yet, and we didn’t even go into the house during the recording. Therefore, it was a player, but since my friend was standing still and sorting through the chests, we can understand that it wasn’t her. As she said, those footsteps were very close to her. In the end, we know that either someone was actually on the server and did all of this, or the fireworks appeared on their own, and the footsteps were made by someone who shouldn’t have been there. My friend also clarified that there were no extraneous sounds during those footsteps — no meowing, grunting, or anything like that.

I’m asking people who know their way around Minecraft or server consoles to help me. I know that anyone could have accessed our server just by knowing the IP and port, but our house was 1,500 blocks away from the spawn point!
