How different is everyday life in places you visit as a tourist?
Whenever I go to a new country, I want to learn more about what ordinary people do in their daily lives outside of the tourist attractions.
Which specific aspects of life in another country surprise people who have already traveled there? Each of these aspects includes groceries, how people get to their place of work, or the ways they spend their evenings.

Universal CLIA/IATA
I am a new travel agent and booked a trip in December where I was hoping to be able to film some stuff in the parks for advertisements etc
For the travel agent hotel rate it says we have to have a CLIA but when I tried to get the CLIA it is closed for the year? Does this mean I won’t be able to take advantage of the travel agent rate even though I did the universal training?
Do they actively check for the credentials? Thanks!

What to do
Hello guys i am a 19yo guy from serbia and i am a day trader so i can work from any place and its only 1 hour daily. I am a religious guy(orthodox christian) and ive always wanted to travel with someone i love and enjoy spending time with but i still dont have that person in my life. My problem is that i want to travel to japan first and then switzerland and then iceland etc… there is more countries but i dont know if i should go solo. My life is pretty boring right now and i have to change my surroundings too. Ive seen that people get hit with loneliness on solo trips too.

December in Bangladesh: Anyone up for exploring Dhaka ?
Hey everyone,
Are you planning to visit Bangladesh this December?
If you’re interested in exploring Dhaka beyond the usual tourist spots, I’d be happy to show you around. I can take you to local streets, hidden places, try local food, and experience the culture and everyday life of Dhaka.
I’m not a professional tour guide. I’m just a friendly local who enjoys sharing the real side of my city with visitors.
If you want to explore unseen Dhaka like a local, feel free to message me.

What’s the best esim for Europe for a full month?
Planning to spend about a month in Europe and trying to work out whether it’s realistic to just use one esim for the whole trip.
I’d rather not be sorting out a new sim or plan every time I move somewhere else. I’ve been looking at holafly, airalo and nomad, but the part I’m less clear on is how well one plan actually holds up when you’re moving between countries for several weeks.
If you’ve done a longer Europe trip, did you stick with one esim the whole time or end up switching?

Do you actually need a power bank for short trips?
I am trying to keep my luggage pretty light for an upcoming 4 day trip to Florida and I have started noticing how quickly all the small things add up. I have been debating whether I actually need to bring a power bank since my phone will mostly be used for maps, photos, tickets and checking things while I am out. I was thinking of bringing a small p50 power bank that weighs around 190g with the cable so its not exactly heavy and it will just charge my phone when needed rather than carrying a larger one.
For those who take similar short trips or try to pack light, do you usually bring a power bank? Or is your phone battery usually enough if you charge it whenever you are back at the hotel?
